Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Founder’s Office professional with 3-6 years of experience from top-tier consulting or venture capital backgrounds, preferably with prior startup experience. This high-impact role works closely with the founders to lead strategic initiatives, drive growth projects, and support critical decision-making in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the founders.
Lead key projects across business strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and product launches.
Conduct market research, opportunity assessments, and data-driven business analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams and streamline execution.
Help define and track company-wide goals (OKRs) and operational priorities.
Prepare presentations and materials for board meetings and investors.
Solve complex problems with agility and resourcefulness in a startup setting.

Required Qualifications
3 to 6 years experience in management consulting or venture capital.
Prior hands-on startup or entrepreneurial experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and influence senior leaders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; MBA is a plus.
