Role: Product Designer
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, systems-thinking Product Designer who can turn abstract concepts into beautifully crafted, user-centric digital products. You’ll play a foundational role in shaping the design language across our platforms — Databench, Expert Network, and RL Gym.
If you love solving complex problems, designing for scale, and bringing clarity to chaos, this is your stage.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI for web and mobile.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business teams to define end-to-end product experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback synthesis to drive iterative improvements.
- Build scalable design systems that ensure consistency across complex workflows and product suites.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into crystal-clear user journeys, personas, and task flows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in UI/UX, emerging design patterns, and tooling.
- Bring design thinking into highly technical spaces like RLHF workflows, data annotation UX, and enterprise automation interfaces.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Designer / UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing creative reasoning and system thinking.
- Mastery of Figma (or Sketch / Adobe XD).
- Strong fundamentals in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant, intuitive interfaces.
- Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS — not mandatory, but helpful.
